All services included in the package are provided by HOMER Smart Auto Service network

The conditions and limits of the services included in the package are also specified under "Services".
This service is provided by calling HOMER Mobile, HOMER WEB Site or HOMER Customer Service.
All services provided are under the assurance and guarantee of HOMER and are insured.
In case of KM overage in mobile services, overage fee applies.
In case the limits specified in the service definitions for all services are exceeded, additional fees apply.
For all kinds of services, only HOMER Headquarters expert staff will be contacted during the entire service procurement period.

TOW TRUCK SERVICE 30 KM ONE WAY

General Information

It is the process of towing damaged or mechanically defective vehicles stuck on the road to the repair point or any other place requested by the driver in accordance with the conditions defined in the SERVICE SCOPE and SERVICE RULES.

Towing Service is provided by HOMER service points.
In order to benefit from the Towing Service, the insured/license holder must contact HOMER mobile application, www.homerservisler.com or 0850 433 02 20 Homer Customer Services.
Road Assistance (Towing) Service is valid within the number and KM limits specified in the service limits, and in case of exceeding the limit for each withdrawal, the additional charge for the part exceeding the limit in the withdrawals is the responsibility of the license holder.
If toll roads and toll bridges are used for filming, the fee is paid by the vehicle owner.
A fee difference may be charged for severely damaged, non-functioning vehicles.
Vehicle Age for roadside assistance towing service is limited to 15 years unless specifically stated otherwise.
This service is valid for private and light commercial vehicles (provided that their weight does not exceed 3,500 KG), and these vehicles will be out of scope if they are used in public goods and people transportation or if they are rented.

"DON'T TURN OFF THE ROAD BECAUSE YOU HAVE A FLAT TIRE..." In case your vehicle's tire bursts on the road, it is the service of repairing the tire by directing a mobile team.

Service is provided by the Homer Smart Auto Service network.
It is essential that the service is provided at the location of the vehicle.
Service is provided within the specified limits. Differences that may arise in excess of the limits are the responsibility of the vehicle owner / driver.
Standard pricing is for a distance of 40 km and a repair time of 60 minutes. Exceeding the limit is charged separately.
The service is provided provided that the tire is repairable. For tires that cannot be repaired, the supply of used or new tires will be charged separately. In this case, the installation of the spare tire is included in this fee.
If it is necessary to use bridges and toll roads to reach the location of the vehicle, the road and bridge fee shall be borne by the owner/driver of the vehicle.
In cases where the tire is repairable but the mobile tire repair vehicle cannot be sent to the location of the customer's vehicle for any technical reason, it is within the scope of the service to bring the customer's vehicle to the tire repair point by tow truck.
If the service is used within a package, it is activated 24 hours after the package purchase.

General Information

"DON'T WORRY ABOUT A FLAT TIRE ON THE ROAD..." In case the vehicle is torn from the sidewalls due to road conditions, entering a speed bump, etc., it is replaced with a new tire.

Service is provided by the HOMER Smart Auto Service network.
It is the service of providing a new tire and mounting it on the vehicle as a result of tire tearing due to road conditions during the journey.
Taking the vehicle to HOMER Tire Service Point with a tow truck is within the scope of the Service.
Given within the upper limit and other limits specified in the service detail.
- Tire tread depth must be above the legal limit of 4 mm.
- Tire must be less than 4 years old according to Dot year.
For tires with a higher price than the amount specified in the service limit, the difference fee is notified to the driver by HOMER and if he accepts, the tire change is made by making payment to HOMER.
In the event that the service tire tears its sidewalls due to bumps, potholes, etc. during the journey, it is covered up to the tire cost limit determined for a SINGLE TIRE. Damage caused by malicious acts in parking or trapping during the trip is excluded from the coverage.
Service starts 24 hours after package purchase.
