It is the process of towing damaged or mechanically defective vehicles stuck on the road to the repair point or any other place requested by the driver in accordance with the conditions defined in the SERVICE SCOPE and SERVICE RULES.

In order to benefit from the Towing Service, the insured/license holder must contact HOMER mobile application, www.homerservisler.com or 0850 433 02 20 Homer Customer Services.
Road Assistance (Towing) Service is valid within the number and KM limits specified in the service limits, and in case of exceeding the limit for each towing, the additional charge for the part exceeding the limit is the responsibility of the license holder.
If toll roads and toll bridges are used for filming, the fee is paid by the vehicle owner.
A fee difference may be charged for severely damaged, non-working vehicles.
Vehicle Age for Roadside Assistance Towing Service is limited to 15 years unless specifically stated otherwise.
This service is valid for private and light commercial vehicles (provided that their weight does not exceed 3,500 KG), and these vehicles will not be covered if they are used in public goods and people transportation or if they are rented.
