It is the process of towing damaged or mechanically defective vehicles stuck on the road to the repair point or any other place requested by the driver in accordance with the conditions defined in the SERVICE SCOPE and SERVICE RULES.

Road Assistance (Towing) Service is valid within the number and KM limits specified in the service limits, and in case of exceeding the limit for each towing, the additional charge for the part exceeding the limit is the responsibility of the license holder.
If toll roads and toll bridges are used for filming, the fee is paid by the vehicle owner.
A fee difference may be charged for severely damaged, non-working vehicles.
Vehicle Age for Roadside Assistance Towing Service is limited to 15 years unless specifically stated otherwise.
This service is valid for private and light commercial vehicles (provided that their weight does not exceed 3,500 KG), and these vehicles will not be covered if they are used in public goods and people transportation or if they are rented.

Service is provided provided that the tire has a puncture that can be repaired. The supply of used or new tires for tires that cannot be repaired is charged separately. in this case, the installation of the spare tire is included in this fee.
In cases where it is necessary to use bridges and toll roads for transportation to the location of the vehicle, the road and bridge fee shall be borne by the vehicle owner / driver.
In cases where the tire is repairable but the mobile tire repair vehicle cannot be sent to the location of the customer's vehicle for any technical reason, it is within the scope of the service to bring the customer's vehicle to the tire repair point by tow truck.

Service is applied at the same hours as the call center service.
The service is provided with one of the towing services.
Service is generally provided for mechanical and electrical failures.
This service starts 24 hours after the purchase of the package.
In case of a request for repair on the road, Homer Headquarters expert technician will first meet with the driver and, if necessary, direct a video call link.
If it is determined that the vehicle can be repaired on the road, the driver will be informed of the diagnosis and solution and the estimated repair time, if repair is possible at the location of the vehicle, and if approved, the nearest Homer Auto Service point will be directed to the vehicle.
During the entire repair process, the vehicle driver will only deal with Homer Headquarters specialists.
Package Fee includes; the distance to be traveled within the KM limits specified in the Service Limits and the labor to be performed during the repair time. Fees applicable in case of KM overrun and Repair Time overrun are specified in the Service Limits.
All repairs and any charges are made by Homer Headquarters and shared with the vehicle driver.
All repairs to be made and problems that may arise due to repair errors are under 100% HOMER brand warranty and insured.
If there is a need to use spare parts or consumables in case of need, the brand, origin and price of the proposed material / part is determined by Homer Headquarters and notified to the Driver and if the Driver accepts, the exchange takes place. The replacement spare part is under Warranty within the framework of Consumer Protection Laws.
If the vehicle cannot be repaired on site even though Homer Auto Service mobile repair team is dispatched, towing service is provided free of charge to the nearest service point. Withdrawal service is provided according to the withdrawal service rules defined in the package. The withdrawal allowance in the package is not used for this transaction.
