In order to benefit from the Towing Service, the insured/policyholder must contact HOMER MOBILE, www.homerservisler.com or 0850 433 02 20 Homer Customer Services.
Road Assistance (Towing) Service is valid for the number and KM limits specified in the service limits and for towing to the nearest auto industry bazaar and district center, and in case of exceeding the limit for each towing, the additional charge for the part exceeding the limit is the responsibility of the license holder.
If a toll road or toll bridge is used for filming, the fee is paid by the vehicle owner.
Vehicle age for roadside assistance towing service is limited to 15 years old.
This service is valid for private and light commercial vehicles (provided that their weight does not exceed 3,500 KG), and these vehicles will not be covered if they are used in public goods and people transportation or if they are rented.

It is essential that the service is provided at the location of the vehicle.
Service is provided within the specified limits. Differences that may arise in excess of the limits are the responsibility of the vehicle owner / driver.
Standard pricing is for a distance of 20 km and a repair time of 60 minutes. Exceeding the limit is charged separately.
The service is provided provided that the tire is repairable. For tires that cannot be repaired, the supply of used or new tires will be charged separately. In this case, the installation of the spare tire is included in this fee.
In cases where it is necessary to use bridges and toll roads to reach the location of the vehicle, the road and bridge fee shall be borne by the owner/driver of the vehicle.
In cases where the tire is repairable but the mobile tire repair vehicle cannot be sent to the location of the customer's vehicle for any technical reason, it is within the scope of the service to bring the customer's vehicle to the tire repair point by tow truck.
If the service is used within a package, it is activated 24 hours after the package purchase.

Taking the vehicle to HOMER Tire Service Point with a tow truck is within the scope of the Service.
Provided within the upper limit and other limits specified in the service detail.
Tire tread depth must be above the legal limit of 4 mm.
Tire must be less than 4 years old according to Dot year.
For tires with a higher price than the amount specified in the service limit, the difference fee is notified to the driver by HOMER and if he accepts, the tire change is made by making payment to HOMER.
In the event that the service tire tears its sidewalls due to bumps, potholes, etc. during the journey, it is covered up to the tire cost limit determined for a SINGLE TIRE. Damage caused by malicious acts in parking or trapping during the journey is excluded from the coverage.

"KEEP ON THE ROAD..." For certain breakdowns (battery, electricity, cooling, etc.) that can be repaired on the road, it is first evaluated by the technical staff at HOMER Headquarters and Homer Auto Service is sent to the defective vehicle to repair it and continue on the road.

ROAD REPAIR SERVICE SERVICE WORDİNG

Service is applied at the same hours as the call center service.
The service is provided with one of the towing services.
Service is generally provided for mechanical and electrical failures.
This service starts 24 hours after the purchase of the package.
In the event of a request for repair on the road, Homer Headquarters expert technician will first meet with the driver and, if necessary, direct the link via video call.
If it is determined that the vehicle can be repaired on the road, the driver will be informed of the diagnosis and solution and the estimated repair time, if it is possible to repair the vehicle at its location, and if approved, the nearest Homer Auto Service point will be directed to the vehicle.
During the entire repair process, the vehicle driver will only deal with Homer Headquarters specialists.
Package Fee includes; the distance to be traveled within the KM limits specified in the Service Limits and the labor to be performed during the repair time. Charges for exceeding the mileage and repair time are specified in the Service Limits.
All repairs and any charges are made by Homer Headquarters and shared with the vehicle driver.
All repairs to be made and problems that may arise due to repair errors are under 100% HOMER brand warranty and insured.
If there is a need to use spare parts or consumables in case of need, the brand, origin and price of the proposed material / part is determined by Homer Headquarters and notified to the driver and if he accepts, the exchange takes place. The replacement spare part is under warranty within the framework of Consumer Protection Laws.
If the vehicle cannot be repaired on site even though Homer Auto Service mobile repair team is dispatched, towing service is provided free of charge to the nearest service point. Withdrawal service is provided according to the withdrawal service rules defined in the package. The withdrawal allowance in the package is not used for this transaction.

The Paintless Dent Correction Service included in this policy is provided by HOMER.
The Paintless Dent Correction Service included in this policy covers 2 dent correction operations on one part of the vehicle or on two different parts, each of which can be repaired without paint up to 5 cm in diameter.
- It is technically not possible to repair body parts that have already undergone paint treatment and/or similar dent correction and/or hail damage repair.
In order to benefit from the Paintless Dent Correction Service included in this policy, the activation process must have taken place.
Activation is performed by calling HOMER Customer Service (0850 433 02 20) or by contacting HOMER Customer Service via HOMER Mobile application or www.homerservisler.com.
For the ACTIVATION process, HOMER Customer Services will direct you to the HOMER service point or you will need to share the vehicle pictures on the link to be sent by HOMER Customer Services.
This service is not provided for the vehicle if there are damages that fall within the scope of Paintless Dent Correction on the vehicle on the date of this activation and/or detected during the accreditation process.
HOMER can make appointments for this service for up to 15 days.
This service is provided during working hours.
In order to benefit from the Paintless Dent Correction Service included in this policy, the insured/license holder must contact HOMER MOBILE, www.homerservisler.com or 0850 433 0220 Homer Customer Services and make an appointment.

Rules

Covers repairs on the body that do not require painting up to 5 cm.
This Coverage starts when the vehicle is activated at a HOMER Service Point.

Body Mini Repair Service

General Information

"DON'T WORRY ABOUT MINOR PROBLEMS OF YOUR VEHICLE..." We repair minor repairs of plastic and metal parts in the body of your vehicle without upsetting you and your vehicle.

The Mini Repair Service included in this policy covers the painted repair of a total of 2 scrapes and scratches up to 20 cm in size on the body and/or bumpers of the vehicle.
In order to benefit from the Mini Repair Service included in this policy, the activation process must have taken place.
This Coverage starts with ACTIVATION via HOMER Mobile application or www.homerservisler.com or by contacting HOMER Customer Service (0850 433 02 20).
For the ACTIVATION process, you will be directed to the HOMER service point or you will need to share the vehicle pictures on the link to be sent by HOMER Customer Service.
If there are damages on the vehicle on the date of this activation and/or detected during the accreditation process that fall within the scope of the Mini Repair Service, Mini Repair will not be provided.
This service is provided during working hours and at HOMER Service Points.
HOMER can make appointments for this service for up to 15 days.
If there are tears, holes, etc. on the bumpers of the vehicle that require repair, the repair will be charged separately. Repair of bumpers is not covered.
If there is a deformation that requires repair on the body parts of the vehicle, it will be charged separately.
This service is not applicable if there are other damaged parts on the vehicle other than the damage eligible for coverage when requested.
If the Mini Repair Service is provided for pearlescent painted vehicles, an additional fee of 450TL is charged for each repair.
This coverage does not apply to vehicles older than 15 years.
