During the entire repair process, the vehicle driver will only deal with Homer Headquarters specialists.
Package Fee includes; the distance to be traveled within the KM limits specified in the Service Limits and the labor to be performed during the repair time. Charges for exceeding the mileage and repair time are specified in the Service Limits.
All repairs and any charges are made by Homer Headquarters and shared with the vehicle driver.
All repairs to be made and problems that may arise due to repair errors are under 100% HOMER brand warranty and insured.

In order to benefit from the Mini Repair Service included in this policy, the activation process must have taken place.
This Coverage starts with ACTIVATION via HOMER Mobile application or www.homerservisler.com or by contacting HOMER Customer Service (0850 433 02 20).
For the ACTIVATION process, you will be directed to the HOMER service point or you will need to share the vehicle pictures on the link to be sent by HOMER Customer Service.
If there are damages on the vehicle on the date of this activation and/or detected during the accreditation process that fall within the scope of the Mini Repair Service, Mini Repair will not be provided.
This service is provided during working hours and at HOMER Service Points.
HOMER can make appointments for this service for up to 15 days.
If there are tears, holes, etc. on the bumpers of the vehicle that require repair, the repair will be charged separately. Repair of bumpers is not covered.

The vehicle owner / driver is not obliged to have the repair done at Homer Service Point after the detection.
If the repair is performed at the Homer service point:

The workmanship of mechanical repairs performed at HOMER Service Points is under HOMER warranty. In the event that the diagnosis and repair has not resolved the complaint, HOMER will continue to repair the vehicle until the problem is completely resolved.
